As more as i’m Reading posts about Boeing 737 MAX issue and ongoing FAA investigation and findings as more i’m getting angry about the terms and definitions used and declarations from the main players that even if can be distorted by journalists aren’t correct.All we can read and hear directly by one of the stakeholders former Boeing how things are going and to blame quality assurance will never help to solve the root causes that without any doubt are on systemic level and not to be attributed to the processess.These things are clear to most of people that are daily involved in process and follow the instructions,procedures, controls,records etc,but, external world will understand and will repeat continuously that Is the quality assurance and quality control fault even if there aren’t evidences in support.After many years of experience in quality dept and in different companies i can deduce that Is a lack from the head management covered by sand the truth and maybe to execute estortion against those that wouldn’t agree or would like to tell what’s really happened.As from the past Ford’s manager,Mr.Lee Iacocca words, Safety doesn’t sell,and these explain much more than any other deep investigation would ever.Somone said,Show must go on,but i would add whether and untill who will take an airplane,a train,an autobus, would drive a car, motorcycle,bike, e-bike or any other case of use of everday(but not exclusivelly) will remain safe, without risk of injury or harm, without risk of Life.After all …are we all also the end user and nobody Is prevented from this kind of event that can happen?
